How can we help?

For GreenLight app support, email burgin@greenlight-outdoors.com. Include your app version, iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, and what happened. Do not send passwords or payment details. Remove private hunting locations from screenshots unless you want to share them.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → GreenLight. In GreenLight, Restore Purchases checks your eligible paid access. It does not restore hunting records. The seven-day app trial does not automatically charge you.

Save your hunting history

Use Save hunting backup before deleting the app or changing devices. Keep that file in Files, iCloud Drive, or another location outside GreenLight. Use Restore hunting backup to import your saved history. There is no automatic GreenLight cloud sync.

Weather and ThermalDrift

Fresh forecasts and terrain estimates require a network connection. If terrain flow is unavailable, use Retry terrain flow. If the problem continues, contact us with the approximate time and whether you were on Wi-Fi or cellular.
